This policy explains what information Rewards Travelin (“we”) collects through rewardstravelin.cloud, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out the Plan My Trip form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, home airport, destinations, travel dates, number of travelers, the points and miles you have, and anything else you choose to tell us.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. These are used for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
- To respond to your trip request and help you plan and book travel.
- To follow up with you about the trip you asked about.
- To keep the site secure and working properly.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Travel providers. If you ask us to help book a trip, we share the details needed to make that booking (such as traveler names) with the airline, hotel, or other provider involved, and only with your go ahead.
- Service providers. Our website is hosted by Hostinger, and form notifications are delivered by email. These providers process data only to provide their services to us.
- Legal reasons. If required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies needed for it to work. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics, ads, or affiliate links in the future, those services may set their own cookies, and we will update this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep trip request information for as long as it is useful for helping you and for our business records, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, send a message through our Plan My Trip page and write “privacy request” in the last box.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including an encrypted (HTTPS) connection for the whole site. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, though.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
